Birthday Greeting from family in Brunei

For A Daughter Who Means So Much,
If only you could know
how wonderful it is
to have a daughter like you.
It's always meant so much to us
to see your smile,
to listen to your ideas,
to watch you grow and learn
and become your own person.
If only you couls realize
how many special memories
you've made for us...
How many times
we've been so proud to say,
"That's our daughter..."
You're such an important part
of our lives.
We love you so very much.
Happy Birthday, Wonderful You.
Love always,
Daddy & Mummy

For My Sister,
It's funny how,
when you're growing up,
you somehow know
that it's neat having a sister,
but you're not always sure
exactly why...
Now I understand
that it's because a sister
is always there for you...
She accepts you just as you are
and always wants
the best for you.
I want you to know
just how often I thank God
for putting you in my life.
You're all the wonderful things
a sister should be.
Happy Birthday, sis...
Love from:
Irah, Nina, Tiyah, Ridhwan

Christmas Holiday

Christmas Holiday has begun...

Arriving at Marlebone around 9ish. Nasib jua dapat bilik. Sebilik with the seniors - Nisah, Des, Didin, Dijah - and two other friends of theirs, Yuni and Maisarah (hopefully I didn’t misspell any name)

18th Dec,

Lyn, Melvin and Syarifah have the chance to spend Christmas holiday back in Brunei. Envy them so much... hehe. It’s ok. Bon voyage, guys... see you in 20 days.

Today is our 100th day in UK. Celebrate? Nope. Not all eight of us staying here in London - only me, Lena and Zaw.

Anyhow, we went for lunch together at Bonda and then sasat... Sasat to Bayswater, High Street, Nothing Hill Gate, Marble Arch...

We didn’t plan to go anywhere actually. We just named random places once we reached underground station. It’s so random that once in the Tube, we asked “Where are we heading?” and “Where are we stopping again?” quite often.

Lena described it as an adventure. We DEFINITELY got our adventure. We went sightseeing around London. Only the three of us know exactly what I mean. Right guys? xD

We had our dinner at Pizza Hut. Banyak cerita kami. Some of the questions that popped out are:

  • How our life will be after A-Level?
  • Are we still friends by then?
  • Can we still laugh together?

Anyway, we came up with this theory: “our friendship is like Graphite”. What?? Hahaha....xD

Explaination:

The lower 6 Bruneians and the upper 6 Bruneians are 2 separate layers of Graphite but held together by an intermolecular force (Van der Waals’ forces). Within the layers, the bonds are stronger. C Nadh since ia rapat with both us and the seniors, she can be the delocalised electons.

Hahahaha...... Udah udah... Stop... Adakah Chemistry dibawa2. :S

After dinner, kami liat wayang. Madagascar 2. And after that kami tunggu arh bus stop dapan Odeon.

Then... This story will terminate here...

19th Dec:

Again, no plan at all. Tapi, the seniors kan bawa kami ke London zoo. We left BH around 2.30ish I think, arriving at the zoo at 3.20. Opss...too late, last admission is suppose to be at 3. But they let us in anyway. Well, some of us... Me, Des, Lena and Zaw inda jadi masuk so kami jalan2 arah parknya and shopping~ xD

Around 8.45, liat wayang lagi~ Twilight! I bet Zaw and Lena will start reading the book anytime soon. See guys, now you know why at times I laugh all of sudden while reading.

20th Dec:

Nothing much... Stay in BH, studying and doing prep. Library BH, not too bad. At least it’s quiet. That’s what I’m after.

Tomorrow, Bengkel Asas Kounseling for A-Level scheme students. Where will it be? I don’t know. None of us had the slightest idea. We’ll figure out where eventually.
